Do I need a referral to register?
No. You can register and book a first appointment directly, in the same way you would with any private dentist.
Do I need my records from my previous dentist?
No, though they're useful if you have them, particularly X-rays. We can carry out a full examination without them.
Will I be pressured into a treatment plan at my first visit?
No. The first appointment is an examination and a conversation. Any treatment plan is discussed and costed before anything is booked, and there is no obligation to go ahead with it here rather than elsewhere.
What if I'm anxious about registering somewhere new?
